Today it's time for something spicy with us. We prepared an Asian-inspired fonio bowl. For this, we prepared the fonio according to the instructions and filled it into the bowl. Then we added vegetables of choice. For extra protein, we fried smoked tofu until crispy and deglazed it with soy sauce. You can easily make the dressing from some lime juice, soy sauce, peanut butter, and a little water. Sesame is a perfect topping for this.Enjoy your meal
