The recipe is very simple:
- 150g spelt flour 630
- 100g fonio flour
- pinch of salt
- 70 g raw cane sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 250ml plant-based drink
- Mineral water as needed
All ingredients are mixed together. Gradually, some mineral water is added until a smooth batter forms.
