Preparation:
- 20 ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 vanilla pod – halve, scrape out, warm everything in a pot
- 50 g fonio – sprinkle in, let soak for 5 min. Cool down.
- 100 ml cream – whip until stiff, fold in, layer in glasses with fruits or fruit puree.
Vegan variation:
- 120ml almond milk
- Agave syrup
- 4-6 tbsp soy cream
