Preparation:
- 120ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 vanilla pod – halve, scrape out, warm everything in a pot
- 50g fonio – sprinkle in, let soak for 5 min, cool down.
- 4-6 tbsp yogurt – fold in.
- 1 tbsp almond pieces – fold in
- Arrange with fruits into a delicious breakfast bowl.
Vegan variation:
- 120ml almond milk, agave syrup, (Alpro) vanilla yogurt
