1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds / 3 tbsp water, let soak for 10 min)
50g chopped nuts
50g dried fruit of choice
2 tbsp coconut flour
100g rolled oats
100g fonio Mix all ingredients together and place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake at 150 degrees for 35 minutes and then cut into desired shapes.
