Here's how it's done:
peel 1 pear, core it, slice it and cook it until al dente on the stove together with 4 tbsp water, 2 tbsp maple syrup, and 1 tsp cinnamon
puree 1 pear (about 190 g) (in TM 5 sec/ speed 8)
600 ml milk
20 g Fonio
100 g soft oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla paste
20 ml maple syrup
50 g brown sugar (optional)
add and let simmer until it thickens
in TM 12 min / 90 degrees / reverse / speed 2
if necessary, let it soak a little longer
arrange and simply enjoy
