How do I return an item?

your delivery note and include it in your return package. If you
do not have a delivery note or cannot find it, please use
our return form instead, which you can download via the following link

2. Pack article securely

Pack the items securely for the return so that the return shipment does not get damaged during transit.

3. Send the return to our address

4. Confirmation of your return

After we have received your return, processing usually takes up to 14 days. After the processing is complete, you will receive a refund and a confirmation by email.
