📖and this is how it’s done
1 yellow bell bell pepper
1 red pointed bell pepper
1 small zucchini
1 small carrot
200 g date tomatoes
✅ Cut peppers and zucchini into small cubes, carrot into thin slices and tomatoes in half
✅2 tablespoons of olive oil heat in a pan and squeeze a clove of garlic in it , add the vegetables and sauté.
✅Season with 2 heaped tsp. madras curry, 1 tsp. harissa, 1/2 tsp. Ras EL Hanout as well as 1 heaped tsp. vegetable broth powder
✅ add 300 ml boiling water and 150 g Fonio from @yaadu.germany
✅mix it briefly, let it simmer gently for 5 min, turn off the heat and let it sit for about 15 min
✅In the meantime, you can finely chop about 3 stalks of flat-leaf parsley and cut 2 spring onions into fine rings
✅then add it to the fonio-vegetable mixture stir well and crumble about 150 g of feta over it with your hands
✅you can eat this dish as it is or as a side dish chicken in any form of preparation.
