Preparation recommendation:

In the microwave: one portion of Fonio (50g) with 100ml of boiling water.
cover in a key and let rest for 3 minutes.
Then stir and heat for 3 minutes

In pot: add one portion of Fonio (50g) to 100ml of boiling water.
Then continue to simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
