Pears Cinnamon Fonio Porridge

Here’s how it’s done:
1 pear peel, core, cut into slices and simmer together with 4 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon on the stove until firm to the bite.

1 pear (about 190 g) puree (in TM 5 sec/ step 8)
600 ml milk
20 g fonio
100 g tender oat flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla paste
20 ml maple syrup
50 g brown sugar ( optional)

add and simmer until it thickens
in TM 12 min / 90 degrees/ counterclockwise/ stage 2
if necessary let it swell a little more
arrange and simply enjoy
