100g fonio
200ml water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic chopped
5 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon basil pesto
Salt, pepper
Pine nuts

Cook the fonio with the water according to instructions and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic briefly. Then add the cherry tomatoes.
Then add the fonio to the pan. Add tomato paste, pesto and spices and continue to fry for a short time.
Finally, arrange on a plate and sprinkle with pine nuts.
