Banana Coconut Fonio Porridge

Bananas coconut fonio

Mega delicious and super healthy

Preparation:

Mash 2 bananas (about 200 g) (in TM 4 sec/ step 8)
600 ml milk
20 g Fonio from @yaadu.germany
100 g tender oat flakes
20 g coconut flakes
1 tsp vanilla paste
20 ml honey

add and simmer until it thickens
in TM 12 min / 90 degrees/ counterclockwise/ stage 2
if necessary let it swell a little more
Serve with banana slices and coconut chips and simply enjoy
